Big Boy is a 28yr old Chestnut Leopard Appaloosa Gelding. He stands 15hh and is a real gentleman in everyway. Big Boy will never be sold.
Big Boy was purchased in 2000, he was an early Christmas present and arrived on the 23/12/2000. We sold my old pony to purchase him and she left one hour after Big Boy arrived. He was a little pushy and dominant over me as i was only 12, but we soon developed a wonderful bond. Big Boy will do anything i want based on trust. We are best buddies.
Big Boy has competed at some Gymkhana's and was my mount for the riding practical in my Certificate 2 in horse Industry Skills. He is a great ride and has very fluid like movement, making him very easy to ride. He has taught many children to ride and he loves giving the odd ride now and then.
Big Boy has now retired, as he has become blind in one eye and he follows Wazza everywhere. He is still in great health but we want him to live the rest of his days as peacefully as possible as he has been the best horse to us, so we are now returning the favor!
